As part of the upcoming exhibition (un(h)armed on the militarization of society, we will be creating effigies (see image) in collaboration with Balik/bayan, an activist collective representing the Filipino diaspora. These are papier-mâché figures used during demonstrations.
The effigies will be displayed in the exhibition space during (un(h)armed and destroyed by the end of the exhibition.
The workshops are free to attend! Come and co-create!
