Do we actually know what is in our food? Where do the ingredients come from? On what soil did the vegetables feed? And… can we eat the soil itself? Food Eat Food is a 3-course menu deep-dive during which we explore the stories of food and soil together.
Expect a unique sensory and educational experience with stunning vegan dishes, based on the works exhibited in the exhibition by masharu and Platform DIS.
